Six Projects, Six Different SEO Strategies

The Real Estate Agency Marbella

Building organic visibility in one of Marbella’s most competitive markets

  • IndustryLuxury Real Estate
  • MarketMarbella, Spain
  • FocusLuxury Villas, Area SEO, Property Search
Homepage of The Real Estate Agency Marbella, a luxury real estate agency in Marbella

The challenge & approach

The luxury property market in Marbella is extremely competitive. Established agencies, international property portals and hundreds of local real estate websites compete for many of the same buyers.

The Real Estate Agency Marbella wanted to focus particularly on attracting buyers looking for high-value villas and properties in Marbella’s most desirable locations.

Rather than relying solely on individual property listings, we built the SEO strategy around location authority and buyer intent.

We developed and optimised dedicated area pages covering important luxury property markets such as Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús, the Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca, Benahavís and La Zagaleta.

Each area represents its own search market.

Someone looking for a villa in La Zagaleta has very different requirements from someone searching for an apartment in Puerto Banús.

The website structure, internal linking, property content and area content were therefore designed to help search engines understand both the geographical focus of the agency and the types of properties it specialises in.

The result

The website has gained visibility across numerous location and property-related searches, creating multiple organic entry points beyond the homepage.

Instead of depending on a handful of broad Marbella property keywords, the agency can attract potential buyers through searches connected to specific areas, property types and stages of the buying journey.

What we worked on

  • Area SEO
  • Luxury property keywords
  • Site architecture
  • Technical SEO
  • Internal linking
  • Property pages
  • Content strategy
  • International buyer intent

MarbellaMove

Building a lead-generation website around property search intent

  • IndustryReal Estate Lead Generation
  • MarketMarbella, Spain
  • FocusOrganic Lead Generation
MarbellaMove homepage with a property search enquiry form for buyers in Marbella

The challenge & approach

MarbellaMove was created with a different objective from a traditional real estate agency website.

The website itself is a lead-generation asset.

The strategy is to capture people searching Google for information related to buying property, finding homes and understanding different areas of Marbella — and convert that organic traffic into enquiries.

This requires identifying searches that occur throughout the property-buying journey rather than competing exclusively for the biggest real estate keywords.

We structure content around the questions, locations and property searches that indicate someone is genuinely considering buying in Marbella.

This creates a wider organic search footprint and allows the site to capture potential buyers before they necessarily know which estate agency they want to contact.

The result

MarbellaMove demonstrates how SEO can be used not simply to generate website traffic, but to build an independent lead-generation channel around existing search demand.

Every useful ranking becomes another potential entrance for a future property buyer.

What we worked on

  • Lead-generation SEO
  • Keyword research
  • Buyer intent
  • Marbella property searches
  • Landing pages
  • Content architecture
  • Conversion paths

RentACarMarbella.com

Competing against major brands by finding opportunities they overlook

  • IndustryCar Rental / Comparison
  • MarketMarbella, Spain
  • FocusLong-tail SEO
RentACarMarbella.com homepage for car rental in Marbella
RentACarMarbella.com homepage

The challenge & approach

Car rental is an exceptionally competitive search market.

The largest keywords are dominated by international rental companies, comparison platforms and travel websites with enormous domain authority and marketing budgets.

Trying to beat all of these companies head-on for every primary keyword is not necessarily the smartest strategy.

For RentACarMarbella.com, a major part of our approach is therefore long-tail search.

We identify more specific searches where the user knows more precisely what they need. Individually, these keywords may have lower search volumes, but collectively they can generate significant qualified traffic.

More importantly, the competition can be considerably more realistic.

The site architecture and content are designed to capture these searches while gradually building broader topical authority around car rental in Marbella.

The result

RentACarMarbella.com attracts organic visitors through long-tail searches despite operating in a market dominated by significantly larger competitors.

It is a good example of an important SEO principle:

You don’t always need to beat the biggest competitor for the biggest keyword to build valuable organic traffic.

What we worked on

  • Long-tail SEO
  • Search intent
  • Keyword opportunities
  • Landing pages
  • Content strategy
  • Internal linking
  • Topical authority

LinnéLäkarna

Dominating high-value local medical searches in Gothenburg

  • IndustryPrivate Healthcare
  • MarketGothenburg, Sweden
  • FocusColonoscopy & Gastroscopy
Homepage of LinnéLäkarna, a specialist medical clinic in Gothenburg
LinnéLäkarna homepage

The challenge & approach

For a specialist medical clinic, thousands of unrelated visitors have very little value.

The objective is to be visible when someone is actively searching for the specific examinations and treatments the clinic provides.

For LinnéLäkarna in Gothenburg, the SEO strategy has therefore focused heavily on important searches surrounding colonoscopy and gastroscopy, together with relevant local search intent.

These are highly specific services where a strong Google position can directly connect a patient looking for an examination with a clinic providing exactly that service.

We worked on creating strong service relevance, clear page structure and local signals around the clinic’s most commercially important treatments.

The result

LinnéLäkarna has achieved strong visibility for the searches that matter most to the clinic, allowing it to compete effectively for highly relevant local medical queries.

This project demonstrates why SEO success should not always be measured by total traffic.

For a specialist clinic, visibility for the right 20 searches can be more valuable than visibility for 2,000 irrelevant ones.

What we worked on

  • Local SEO
  • Medical SEO
  • Service pages
  • High-intent keywords
  • On-page SEO
  • Technical optimisation
  • Local relevance

Racing Planet

International e-commerce SEO across multiple European markets

  • IndustryE-commerce / Scooter Parts & Accessories
  • MarketInternational
  • FocusCategory SEO, Content & International Search
Racing Planet online shop for scooter parts and accessories
Racing Planet online shop

The challenge & approach

Racing Planet operates in a completely different SEO environment.

The German e-commerce company sells scooter parts and accessories across multiple international markets, creating a large website with categories, products, brands and informational content.

For e-commerce sites of this size, SEO cannot depend on manually optimising a handful of pages.

The underlying structure needs to work at scale.

A major focus has been getting commercial category pages to rank for relevant product searches while using the blog to capture informational searches surrounding scooters, parts, maintenance and related topics.

The two work together.

Informational content brings users into the website at different stages of their journey, while strong category pages capture users actively searching for products.

International markets add another layer, requiring search strategy to account for differences in language and search behaviour rather than simply translating keywords word for word.

The result

Strong category and blog visibility provides Racing Planet with a consistent stream of organic search traffic across its markets.

It demonstrates the compounding effect of e-commerce SEO: when hundreds or thousands of relevant pages each capture a portion of search demand, organic search can become a substantial and continuous acquisition channel.

What we worked on

  • E-commerce SEO
  • International SEO
  • Category optimisation
  • Content SEO
  • Blog strategy
  • Site architecture
  • Internal linking
  • Technical SEO

ESNY Global

SEO for properties, developments and rentals in Marbella

  • IndustryReal Estate
  • MarketMarbella, Spain
  • FocusProperty Pages, Developments & Rentals

The challenge & approach

ESNY Global operates in Marbella’s highly competitive real estate market, where generic property listings alone often struggle to generate meaningful organic visibility.

Our work has therefore gone beyond traditional agency pages.

One important part of the strategy has been creating and optimising dedicated pages for specific properties and real estate opportunities.

This gives important listings significantly more room to rank than they would receive as one property among hundreds inside a standard property database.

We have also worked with ESNY’s rental offering, developing search-focused pages designed around the way people actually look for rental properties in Marbella.

The principle is straightforward: important commercial opportunities deserve pages built specifically around the searches capable of finding them.

The result

The strategy has produced strong outcomes across dedicated property and rental pages and has expanded the number of ways potential clients can discover ESNY Global through organic search.

Rather than treating every listing identically, SEO resources can be concentrated on the properties, locations and services where organic visibility has the greatest commercial potential.

What we worked on

  • Real estate SEO
  • Property landing pages
  • Rental SEO
  • Marbella search intent
  • Technical SEO
  • Content
  • Lead generation

Our approach

Different businesses. One principle.

These projects are deliberately different.

  • 1One competes for luxury villa buyers.
  • 2Another generates property leads.
  • 3One competes against international car rental giants through long-tail searches.
  • 4Another targets a small number of highly valuable medical searches.
  • 5Racing Planet operates e-commerce SEO at international scale.

There is no SEO template that makes sense for all of them.

The common principle is identifying where organic search intersects with commercial value and building the strategy from there.

That’s how we approach SEO at Marbella SEO Agency.

Not more traffic for the sake of traffic. More visibility where it matters.
